While being far from perfect, this may be of some assistance to our international readers... The Radio Museum of the City of Fürth opened its doors in October 1993. For almost eight years, the museum was originally accommodated in side-buildings of the Fürth-Burgfarrnbach Castle. However, cramped facilities made it necessary to move to larger quarters. Since autumn 2001, accommodated in the previous Grundig Executive Board offices, the museum now has available considerably larger exhibition space and is, furthermore, situated in a central position.

On request special opening hours can be arranged for groups. Entrance fees
Children from 6 years of age up to 18 year old teens, persons receiving income support, unemployed, young men doing community service, soldiers and severely disabled persons qualify for reduced tickets.
